Worst finishing ride I've ever seen. And I've seen a zillion finishes.

Horseracing cannot afford the smell of scandal that comes with that ride. No sport can afford the smell of blatant cheating.

Gotta get more than three days for that kind of infraction. Who can be sure it was an "error in judgement". How do the players who had that horse feel? Robbed that's how.

Smudges on the racing world of that nature need a much stronger rebuke. I don't care if "error in judgement" is accurate.

Why do they delay these suspensions?

I saw Machado interviewed today after his longshot win. He didn't seem like a sleazeball to me. But he CAN'T do what he did the other day without big penalty. Three days is nothing.
